Returns Policy

Shorter Workshops (2 to 4 hours)

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled workshop our teachers may refuse you access as it disrupts the workshop for the other students, so please plan out your route to us to allow plenty of time incase of any delays.

Anyone aged between 10 and 16 years of age, can take part provided they are accompanied by a participating adult over 18 years. Both the child and adult must be booked in prior to the start of the workshop, if an under 16 is booked in without an adult they will not be allowed attend unless we have space to book in a guardian on that workshop and if we are fully booked this may not be the case. Anyone under the age of 10 years old is not allowed access to the workshops due to health and safety precautions.

Valid ticket holders only will be permitted to the studio. When our workshops are fully booked we only have enough space for the participants that have pre-booked the workshop time slot.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

In order to cancel a booking, you must inform us in writing by email to info@silverworks.live 

Your cancellation must be confirmed as received by us on or before the relevant dates, as set out below.  All cancellations and transfers are subject to an administrative fee of 10% of the cost of the class.

• If your written request is received more than 48 hours before the event is due to begin, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, less the administrative fee.
• If your written request is received between 24 hours and 48 hours before the event you will be entitled to a 50% refund, less the administrative fee.
• If your written request is received within 24 hours before the event, you will not be entitled to a refund for your place.
• Cancellations requested after the course/event has started will not be considered.
• Transfer to an alternative course/event should be requested in writing at least 24 hours before the class begins.
• Transfer requested less than 24 hours before the event may be declined unless a replacement student can be found for your place prior to the start date.
• If you fail to attend a course, event or session, no refund will be given, and no transfer request will be accepted.

If a class is cancelled or postponed for reasons for which we are responsible, such as staff illness, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the class to suit the majority of attendees, or add missed hours onto remaining classes.

Please note that all classes require a minimum number of attendees. If too few bookings are received, classes may be rescheduled.

Gift vouchers are not refundable in any circumstances.

If you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If your written request is received within the 30 day period before the event, you will not be entitled to a refund for your place.
• Cancellations requested after the course/event has started will not be considered.
• Transfer to an alternative course/event should be requested in writing at least 14 days before the course start date.
• Transfer requested less than 14 days before the event may be declined unless a replacement student can be found for your place prior to the start date.
• If you fail to attend a course, event or class, no refund will be given, and no transfer request will be accepted.

Booking process 

1. Choose a date and time that suits your group. 

2. We will confirm this date and time and if unavailable we will suggest an alternative. 

3. Confirm your details for enrollment. 

4. Consent to these booking terms and conditions. 

5. We will send you a payment link to pay 50% of the event upfront to secure your booking. If it is within 30 days of the event we will require full payment. 

6. We will send you an order confirmation email, at which point your booking will become a binding contract, or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your booking request. 

(2) Price and Payment 

A deposit of 50% is needed upon booking your event if it is more than 30 days before the event. If it is within 30 days then full payment is required. We may cancel the contract between us if the amount is not received from you. The Final balance is due 30 days before the event at which time no more changes can be made. 

Payment must be made by credit/debit card via our online payment link or by bank transfer. Once payment has been received we will send you an email confirmation. 

*Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect bookings which have come into force. 

(3)Travelling from Abroad 

● If travelling from abroad, please ensure you leave enough time to reach your workshop. We recommend not booking your workshop within 24 hours of arriving in Dublin. If you are delayed/ flight cancelled we are not in a position to offer you a refund. 

(4) Cancellation and Rescheduling

● If your written request is received within the 30 day period before the event, you will not be entitled to a refund for your event. 

● Cancellations requested after the course/event has started will not be considered; 

● Transfer to an alternative course/event should be requested in writing at least 14 days before the course start date; 

● Transfer requested less than 14 days before the event may be declined. 

● Any change to attendee numbers will be accepted 30 days before the event, and total payment required will be adjusted. Any changes made to attendee numbers within 30 days of the event and there will be no refund given for the lesser 

numbers attending. If larger numbers would like to attend this needs to be accepted by and charged for by us 48 hours before the event. 

● If an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons for which we are responsible, such as staff illness, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event to suit the majority of attendees.

Discount Codes

Please note discounts codes (Repeat customer and Newsletter sign up codes) do not apply to the Forge a Silver Ring Workshop, The Couples Wedding Ring workshop, Vouchers, Ring Kits and Add-ons. They both apply to all other workshops and courses. Discount codes can be used at checkout for workshops that qualify and if looking to use either of these codes against our longer courses please email enquiries@silverworks.live to avail of this.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains how returns and refunds apply to our kits and merchandise.

2. Kits & Custom Products
Our kits and any customised items are made to order or prepared specifically for you.

For this reason:

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on kits or custom products
• Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or production has started

This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. Merchandise (Non-Custom Items)
For eligible non-custom merchandise items, returns may be accepted in limited cases where items are unused, in original condition, and returned within a reasonable period. Please contact us before returning any item.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [insert email], including your order number and photos of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

5. Returns Approval
Returns are only accepted where authorised by us in advance.

If approved:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging where possible
• Items may need to be returned before a refund or replacement is issued
• Return instructions will be provided

6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or made-to-order kits (unless faulty)
• Used, altered, or damaged items not due to our fault
• Any items returned without prior approval

7. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

8. International Orders
We ship worldwide. This policy applies to all customers unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

9. Your Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
